Happy New Year! I hope you spent wonderful time with your family and friends.
2013 was a wonderful year! The end of the year found me exhausted, but looking at these mosaics of my projects, it seems they were worth my effort!!
I made only eight quilts (and three of them are miniatures)! But each of them was a special project. There were challenges, mistakes were made and lessons were learned.
It was the year of bags! I counted them! 60!!!
At first, it was a new pattern. Then there were beautiful fabric combinations and it was hard to stop making new bags. Each one was made for a special person.
Then it was our trip to Paris. I just had to make new and special bags!!
Then I came back from Paris with faux leather. And I had to play with it.
And of course, I couldn’t forget the little girls. They like bags too!
And here are just a few of the pouches.
I am very happy that I found time for a few free tutorials.
Well, one of them is still unfinished, I will work on that soon!
I have a lot of plans for 2014. The most important is to learn to be more organized and efficient in my work. I am serious about it, I bought a few books to help me!
Thank you for being here, for your lovely comments and for supporting my little pattern business. And for tolerating my mistakes in English!
Happy 2014 to you all, filled with good health and beautiful quilty projects!
