I love playing with paper as much as I love playing with fabric. I love playing with colors. It was just a happy coincidence that I am a quilter now!
I have a pretty selection of Christmas fabric but I was just too tired to use it!
Instead, I bought colored paper and a few paper punches. I already had a few polystyrene shapes and because my 3 year old nephew Alex was here for many days, I thought this is the best time to play with paper.
He made the flowers…
I pinned them on the ball…
and here is a pretty (and huge) ornament.
Here is a small one.
And a tree and a heart covered with snowflakes.
SO MUCH FUN!!!
I need more pins and more punches!
Enjoy the Sunday!

You do the most fun things!!! Merry Christmas!
That is so interesting. I used to do that with sequins when I was a teenager. I wonder why I never thought to do them with paper shapes as well? They are lovely.
Simple and pretty!
