New pleated tree pattern

November 19, 2023 2 Comments

Last year I made a pleated tree design and turned it into a tote bag.

I loved so much the texture that I wanted to re-create it, but using a different technique.  And different it was, because I ended up with two trees, created from a rectangular panel.

Anyway, with this technique I have different designs for both front and back panels of a bag, so here is how I used my double blocks!

Quilted tree patternI love to create trees-change the fabric and you will change the season…
