Swirls

April 14, 2014 28 Comments

Do you remember this quilt I made for the Aurifil Challenge  (and the free  tutorial) ?

http://getasquiltingstudio.com/2013/12/tutorial-raw-edge-applique-swirl-design.html

At the time I made a few other designs and I just couldn’t let them unused on the computer. So I am very anxious to show you how a few of them look on fabric! I am working on bindings now.

I am so excited about these designs that I tried something new! Let’s say that now I am very disappointed how SLOW the shipping from the USA is!!

HELP
Until I can show you everything, could you help me again with a name for these designs?
I appreciate your help!

Maybe fancy swirls, fancyng dancing swirls?!? Name doesn't matter that much, they look really cool! I also thought about a wormhole – like one Enterprise flies in all the time – but that name wouldn't be that cool, would it? Space swirl… Ha, I am not that good in such things. Wish you good luck and some more creative comments than mine. Regards, Eva

I thought "Lollipop" before I saw the other suggestions. It seems to be a favorite.
