Free Motion Quilting in Progress
Thank you for your response to our hexagon sphere quilt. We were overwhelmed by your wonderful comments.
I have never enjoyed free motion quilting like these days. The sewing machine is my best friend and the thread (Aurifil) did not break even once! Today I will finish quilting onto the sphere.
So I apologize for not continuing today with Tutorial #4 of the
1 Design – 5 Quilting Techniques series.
I can’t do anything else until I finish quilting on this quilt.

I did not change the color of the thread, Silvia. It seams it borrows the color of the fabric.

I got to see your quilt at IQF Cincinnati. . and I saw it from across the room, and squeeled to my husband. . "THATS GETA's QUILT!!" ;c) SO BEAUTIFUL!!!
This is going to be really pretty! Can't wait to see the finished quilt!! This has got me wanting to get mine out and stat putting them together. They are on the small size so maybe it will not take me to long to get them sewn together. ! LOL maybe I should say it will take me a lot longer sense they are smaller.lol thanks for sharing your quilt!
