I did not buy a new camera, I did not change the photographer, outside it is still winter and a cloudy weather so the next photos are not good at all...sorry... After the pretty little things I made (here and here) for Christmas I just had to make a box, too. I made an octagonal one... and I covered the top edges with organza ruffle trim. I did finish with the bowls
These are the last ones, I think. Shadow trapunto looks gorgeous on these bowls, but they require a lot of work... On this pink bowl I made a lot of mistakes, finally it looks good and I like the double-stitched bottom.Cutting the slits: A flat or a deep bowl ? A different bowl
I finished it yesterday and I love it ! I made it in a different way than the one posted in this tutorial.
