I started quilting the cube quilt – and I am not having fun!
Today is the fourth day and I don’t think I am brave enough to finish it.

The quilt was too wide and since I did not have such wide batting I trimmed two vertical rows from the both sides.

I am not sure if I will hate or love this quilt – I have to wait to finish it! Right now I hate it!

I hope you are having fun!

    Hi, Geta!
It looks great – go on!
I have the same feeling with my "Flowers in the air" – hexagon English paper. It has passed 3 months and still not finished.

Oh I´m sure you will love it after you are done quilting. To the batting – I piece mine alot when I have bigger leftovers (of course the same kind) – smaller pieces will be used for stuffing.

I know how it is when you are working on something you aren't sure about. Like it has been said before..it will look completely different once it is quilted. Personally I think it is stunning…all those solids and beautiful variations of colour.

I think it's gorgeous! Please give it to someone who will appreciate it (even unfinished) – don't throw it away!

Better yet, why not leave it for a few days? You'll probably feel differently then!

I love it. And I also piece batting all the time. Either whip stitch it together by hand or by machine using a wide zig zag.

To me looks impressing – I think you will like in in the end. It's quite powerfull with the bright colors and the design is stunning with the three dimensional effect.
